Following our previuos communications on this matter, we inform you that on Thursday August 1, U.S. President Trump announced an additional 10% tariff on $300 billion worth of goods imported in the United States with origin China that are not already subject to Section 301 tariffs. Should these tariffs on List 4 goods be confirmed, they would take effect September 1, and this "proposed" list covers a wide range of products, including apparel, footwear, eyewear and manufactured textile products, among others.
