Following our previous communications on this topic, we inform you that, effective September 20, 2020, 99 of the 178 exclusions granted goods on List 1 and 2 will be expire. These goods will once again be subject to the additional 25% duty rate.
Here attached, you can find the official releases from USTR regarding the 62 products from List 1 and the 17 products from List 2 that have received an exclusion extension until December 31, 2020.
