However, we cannot exclude delays related to the 2019-nCoV, resulting from actions taken by government authorities, carriers or other subcontractors, which represent a case of force majeure.
Any additional costs in terms of carrier rate increases, surcharges or re-routing should be covered by the customer and need to be negotiated prior to departure.
Due to the current situation, D.B. Group can neither guarantee contract rates nor transit times to its customers but it is committed to finding the best alternative solutions, also considering different services.
